SimplyPNG provides AI-powered background removal services with the following features:

Instant background removal using AI
Multiple storage tiers (browser local and cloud)
Credit-based usage system
Free tier with limited features
Paid subscriptions for enhanced features

3. Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

Standard processing uses 1 credit per image
HD mode processing uses 2 credits per image
Credits reset on your billing date each month
Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period
Pay-as-you-go (PayG) credits never expire
API credits expire 1 year from purchase date
Failed processing refunds credits automatically
We reserve the right to modify credit allocations with notice

4. Payments and Refunds

For paid subscriptions:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal
Access continues until the end of your billing period
No refunds for partial months

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload illegal or harmful content
Abuse the service by circumventing terms
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the service or other users
Scrape or commercially exploit without permission

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

SimplyPNG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
